Sanan H Khan, PhD

Brief Biography

Dr. Sanan H. Khan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at United Arab Emirates University. He earned his Ph.D. in Solid Mechanics and Design from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IITK) in 2018. Prior to joining UAEU, he served as a postdoctoral researcher at IIT Delhi and as an Assistant Professor at Aligarh Muslim University. Dr. Khan's research interests include computational and experimental mechanics, focusing on impact dynamics, composite materials, and finite element methods for structural analysis. He has published extensively in high-impact international journals and is an active participant in global academic conferences.
